... the end of the world, behind...
... the end of the world, behind the very nice cottages only the forest ... it's a kind of paradise, a place to stay for a romantic and very quiet moment. Food at the Buzz restaurant is thai and very good. For people who will go there don't forget that there is a Hotel-boat service, so call the Lobby when You arrive in Ban Phe to ask for the schedule time. Do not use the local services which will tell You about "VIP" speed-boat, they are tricky and expensive.
As soon as I can I will go there again .....!

I stayed at spa cottage and used...
I stayed at spa cottage and used extra sofa-bed to sleep at night. Eventually I got so much itchy. Seemed like something like ticks bit me at more than 50 points of my body (my daughter counted them).
Other than that, I was satisfied so much with the stay at Le Viman.
Foods were so expensive we used taxi to have lunch at Sai Kaew beach. Taxi ride was adventure-like experience.

I've been to Le Vimarn three times in total.
This time, the service level had significantly deterioated. The staff were slow and not very good at communicating. I don't think the service matches the price any longer, and believe I've set my foot there for the last time.

We loved the location and really did...
We loved the location and really did feel like we were in paradise. The gardens and pool area were really spectacular. We could not understand however why the focus was on italian cuisine, with no thai food being offered at the poolside at all. we really thought this was a shame.
overall however the experience was very good.

We had been staying in Millenium Hilton...
We had been staying in Millenium Hilton in Bangkok before. In comparison, the price is much higher, and the service is really not following. We could found some hairs in the toilets when arriving, and the breakfast is really disappointing for that level of hotel. Otherwise, rooms are well arranged, big enough and comfortable; the beach and surroundings are very nice (you are almost sleeping in a jungle without the "roots" disavantages).

I am very happy when step in...
I am very happy when step in the resort lobby and then the room.... (we were upgraded to spa villa)... however, the facilities in my room was not up to my expectation.. first of all, the drainage was almost blocked in the shower room. Even we called the staff to fix it, the problem persisted. The water even flow to the room.... we have to stop the shower and wait for the water to flow away. One of the light bulb was broken. The worst was in my friend's room, there was no air condition, then we called the staff to fix it... however, the air condition still did not work and the staff just tried to argue that the air-condition was fixed. Finally, we asked for a fan in the room for two night.... they once offer to change the room for us, but the room will be a bit far from mine, so my friend prefer to stay with fan. The beach was terriblely dirty, a lot of potato chips bags... a lot a lot... the baach at Hat Sai Kaew and Silver sand is much much better...

Le Vimarn is perfect if you want...
Le Vimarn is perfect if you want to spend a few quied days at the beach in luxury. The cottages are beautiful, the staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location is perfect and the pool is located right at the beach wich gives it a very nice view.
The breakfast buffet is very complete. The only setback is the main restaurant which serves western food at a very basic level but at a western price. There isa also a thai food restaurant wich is much better and carries normal prices. You can also visit the neghbours for even better thai food.

A quiet place, nice swimming pool. But it is too quiet that only few guests stayed. Inconvenience to go other places such as Sai Kaew Beach for food or show that you've to stay in hotel area.
