Probably will never return
this hotel is most probably 2-3 years old, but everything inside the hotel looks so outdated. The rate 9000Baht for a delux room during the King's Birthday long weekend is way over charged. Beside the pools which the kids will love, there is absolutely nothing else worth rating. The room is small, the structure of the bathroom inside the room closure with only a curtain looks cheap. I would never rate it a 5 star hotels, most probably 3.5 star as a family hotel.
With this room rate, there are tons of options in Pattaya. Sheraton was only 5000 Baht, and Hilton was only 7000 Baht over the King's birthday weekend.
Services at check in and out is so so, no smiles. When I left the room to go dinner, I passed by the cleaning lady, and I told her nicely if I can have couple more pillows....she said she is very busy now, will take care of that later. Totally understandable, as she has to clean all the rooms on that floor all by herself. But she shoud not complain to her customer that she was very busy....not so professional.
Will I return? Most probably not

Great Hotel for family
At our arrival, the staff propose us to upgrade our room and join a kind of club.
It was worthy as we had to pay fees for and extra bed and a wifi connection. Moreover the upgrade included a free use of 4 extra meal along the day. In fact, we took weight because of it.
It did not inclued Dinner at night. The food at the hotel was good but a little too expansive in regards with the restaurants near the hotel. Our boy loved the slider.
