Same Same Guesthouse
The owner very friendly, easy to get on with
Accomodation very clean, nice big rooms, nice bathroom area
Only complaint, the aircon a bit noisy
Good location, only 5 minute walk to main area but bars and restraunts only stone throw away
Cheap and cheerful
Would recomend staying here

very close to everything
Right in the heart of patong, next to the beach and the night life but still quite quiet at night in the room. It had all the basic necessities, air con, fridge, shower, tv, king size beds. The room got cleaned everyday if you chose and new towels as well. We actually got upgraded for free to a larger room, so very happy. If you want basic, close by accommadation by the beach and night life this is the place.

Location+
Great location right in the middle of Patong, handy to the beach, eateries, nightclubs, transport etc etc. Clean room and very quiet for some rest after a big day in Phuket. The owner met us after hours with a smile and showed how to operate everything. Nothing was too much trouble. Terrific value, we stayed for 5 days and will be booking there again next time we go.

Good Value!
The rooms are not big but they are quite good value as they are clean and have all that you need. Nobody bothers you here. The in-room Wi-Fi internet is quite fast and doesn't drop out as often happens in some other places. Chris the Swiss owner is very friendly, easy going and accommodating. All in all a positive experience.

clean,quiet and safe
we arrive at Same Same on March,14 and meet the owner Chris who is Swiss.He is friendly and helpful.The place is close to Beach,shoping centre and not far from night life area.We book 3 night but stay longer.Thanks

Good location, clean and quiet.
Have to pass through the beuty saloon to get to the room. This close at 22.00, but you will get a key to the front door, so you can let yourself in if you are late.
No hassle and friendly staff.
Easy to find with a big sign board.

quiet & clean
Pictures do not match with reality. The place has a hairdresser at the entrance, which doesn't bother me, but there's no place to stay around and, for instance, try to catch the WiFi (in my room there was no WiFi reception :(
The place is ok but if you look for budgetx there are better places.
