Internet didn´t work. My room toilet stinks and make noise. There is no sunshine in the pool area until 1 pm. Hotel is so cheap that I think it still quite ok.

excellent
value for the price!rooms was quite good&clean!close to the friendly market!abt 15 mins away from the sea!if you are eating out try fresh seafood!
the only issue was..that the lights inside the room was not brigth enough apart from that no comment!!

Good hotel
Just back from Phuket, the hotel is far from Bangla road (2km - 20m walking, and 500m to beach). Staff is frendly. Food is normal, same everyday.
Room is clean and big enough.
Swimming Pool is very nice so my family can spend morning time,

Best Hotel in Phuket.Will never stay anywhere else
I have been to Phuket in total 6 times.I always stay at the Baumanburi because they hotel is clean,staff are very welcoming,friendly and always willing to please and help.The daily morning breakfast is great and always fully stocked.The location of the hotel itself is great.Its nearby to the main nightlife and shopping areas yet far away enough to get reasonable rest when needed.The pool and facilities are without doubt the best there.I have never tried another hotel as i dont see the need to as the Baumanburi is my home away from home when i am in Phuket.

Value for money
This is the second time we have stayed at the Baumanburi and once again we found proximity to beach and restaurants excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly the rooms clean and well set out, the pools excellent.
Asia rooms you do a good job especially as we arrived at 1.30am.

loved the Baumanburi
We stayed here for 12 nights. Honestly we have nothing bad to say. We loved the location. The breakfast was plentyful and a good choice. The beds werent as hard as what we have had in Phuket. We have stayed in 3 hotels in Phuket and i would have to rate it up there with the others.

Nice place but a bit pricey for...
Nice place but a bit pricey for the room you get.If the same room is more expensive in the high season then its not worth it in my opinion.Hard to communicate with most staff as little to no English speaking staff. Front desk and the breakfast staff was better than most others. I asked why there was no cheese for the omelettes and was told because its low season and too expensive when in low season. I reminded the employee i am still paying for deluxe room and to me its not low or high season but $53 everyday.I never got cheese for the omelette.

I was expecting an avarege Hotel since...
I was expecting an avarege Hotel since the price i paid for is very competitive but the room, service and location is better than "branded" Hotels.

The hotel itself is very nice with...
The hotel itself is very nice with a great pool and friendly staff. The reception staff cannot understand english very well and were not able to fulfill my needs to my expectations. We arrived late and were given a room with no balcony in the dungeon and i specifically requested balcony room. The next day i asked to change and this was so difficult for the staff to understand and they made me pay extra for changing. The room we changed to was much better and nicer and the facilities were great however the room stunk mouldy i think from the aircon everday it made me sick. but i couldnt be bothered asking to change again. The breakfast was good but more variety would be good as they served the same kind of food everday. Our overall stay was good and the hotel is nice and in a great location but just wish i didnt have a stinky room.
