Service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were ideal, large gym, large swimming pool, close to town and beach but far enough away to avoid the noise.

We've booked a deluxe room (with a king size bed) with Asiarooms. However, upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel only have rooms with 2 single beds available. We were rather disappointed and the front office didn't even bother to help suggest any alternatives. Subsequently, we chance upon the pool access room, booked it, paid extra RM130@night and we got our King size bed with direct access to the pool from our balcony. I must say the room is rather spacious and bathroom is clean and of good size. They have quite a nice pool with several jacuzzi spots too. The hotel to my view is located at the end of Patong Beach which is not far from the Holiday Inn. Quite a distance to walk even to Carrefour. Facilities and service is basic- nothing to shout about. But overall, good for budget travelers or big group of family who intends to spend week long holidays in Phuket.

I cannot belive i got this place for under $30 a night!! Very nice location (not in the heart of the party area but very close), i had a nice view of the mountains and shopping was near by. There is a very nice spa and swim up bar in the pool. Just a great experience!

I stayed in Baumanburi for a total of 6 nights. For 27 dollars (2 people) a night, I didn't expect much, but I was pleasantly suprised. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and were well equiped with little nicities such as a kettle for tea/coffee, hair dryer, safe, umbrella etc..
There had been some negative reviews about the standard rooms (which I stayed in), being too noisy as it faces the streets. But I didn't find this problem, as i was up on the 4th floor. Very peaceful.
It is one block away from patong beach, which is
about 5-10mins by foot. 15mins from the nightlife at bangla road, but that didn't really interest me.
Pool was good, breakfast was great, but nothing to write home about. Hotel staff were efficient, and helpful, but not overbearingly friendly, which suits me just fine.
Beds were comfortable. And there was plenty of room to throw your luggage around. Bathroom was decent i might add. Aircon was icy cold in the room i stayed in.
I'd definitely stay in this hotel again, and would recommend to almost anyone (except for the fussiest of holiday makers). It's not the grandest or flashiest place to stay in phuket, but extremely excellent value as it provides so much more at the cost of a roof over your head. Happy holiday making!

stayed in deluxe room. facing the swimming pool. its just perfect. the size of the room is big with balcony. plus with the day bed. and the bathroom is really nice and big. shower and bathtub separately. the swimming is beautiful with jacuzzi at some area. location is just perfect. not too far from everything and next to patong otop where u can shop till u drop. the only downside which i dont really care is about their workers like bellboy. not really friendly. other than that its just a perfect holiday

Helpful obtainable staff. A great pool for sunbathing and kids. Only a short walk to the beach. I only tried the food once and it was great even though i didn't get what I ordered. The showers were cold in my first room and after moving the shower temperature varied from lukewarm to very hot serveral times throughout each shower. To be honest these were minor issues and I enjoyed my stay here. My rating came out as 3/5 but I would score it as a 4/5 overall.

The room is HUGE...for 2 persons...lots of space..except the bed seems to be movable becos of the rollers & the big space makes it slide with ease...
The swimming pool comes with Jacuzzi & it's shiok! The hotel breakfast is tasty as well!! Value for money!! Overall an enjoyable stay!
