In line with the best expectations
It was our second stay on Karon beach and the 15th holiday on Phuket.
Usually we stayed on Kata Beach but this time I was looking for some new good accommodation for reasonable money. And I've found this Karon Sea Sands Resort & Spa with nearly excellent rating on tripadvisor. Location on google map was very good and I decided to try the resort. After staying there for 5 nights I can say that everything was in line with our best expectations. Everything was good and I agree with tripadvisor rating, it's really value for money.

Friendly staff
Big room and location was great. Friendly staff. Hotel was better than we expected. Breakfast was good. We might come back again.

Excellent spot just across the road from the beach and nestled very closely to a variety of restauarants and small supermarkets. Large pool area and the venue has 10 rooms with pool access (stepladder down to the pool). Large rooms, expansive breakfast and very nice and hospitable staff. Worth a visit! We would recommend this place for couples and small families. Not much nearby night-life for the party animals though Patong is not too far away (15mins in a tuk-tuk).

It was a great short stay at the hotel.
The hotel staff were great in helping in anyway possible.

Overall very pleased with the room and...
Overall very pleased with the room and location of the hotel. Our only concerns was these: 1. Internet facility very slow and at times not working. 2. Quite a few mosquito's in and around hotel, must take care and use repellent 3. Staff need to improve their English so minor problems can be quickly addressed.
