This was our second stay at the Dusit...

This was our second stay at the Dusit Laguna and was even better than the first. The staff could not do enough to help and the location is simply superb. We are returning next April.

It was great. My wife and I...

It was great. My wife and I had a great time. Here's a suggestion that you provide transportation for free to Patong at regular schedule times. In this way, more people will consider your hotel as it will not seem so far from Patong. I am sure you can work out some booking system at the front desk. Thanks again for a great time.

Hotel was great and had nice added touches like fruit baskets delivered to your room each night and foreign newspapers daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend!

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and pretty! The spa was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend. The hotel staff were extremely friendly which made my stay the more enjoyable.

One of 5 hotels in complex. You...

One of 5 hotels in complex. You can use any hotels restaurants and charge to your room. However all 5 have just introduced a day ticket charge for use of other hotels recreational facilities. Dusit has best beach access and largest garden area for relaxing. The service, room, and food were all excellent. The staff were fantastic. 5 star service at all times.

Both my friend and I think this...

Both my friend and I think this hotel is really nice for the tourists to stay in Phuket . However, it's a little pity about the position because it's far from Patong for shopping . The bathroom is comfortable, but it would be better if the bathtub is bigger (otherwise it's not so convenient to take a shower) .

Superb room with a very large bathroom....

Superb room with a very large bathroom. For families with young kids, the nursery is extremely convenient to allow parents to really rest. Obviously it is a place where we would love to stay again at the same rate. Overall excellent. A more casual restaurant with young kids would be a good idea.

My wife and I spent a WONDERFUL...

My wife and I spent a WONDERFUL week in this resort which is part of a beautiful complex (whilst respecting the natural environment). The staff is extremly friendly, helpful, welcoming... We can only praise the resort for giving us the opportunity to have a 100% hassle free week. 24 hrs service is available and efficient. The restaurants are excellent especially on the beach (Barbecues, sea food, shows,...). I highly recommend an evening drink in the cocktail bar - well ventilated, plenty of spacious seatings - staff at your disposal and a band plays all latest songs...The staff is everywhere but very discreet and without questioning your judgement will put things right.
