Impiana well its definatly a place i would an will be staying again id had spent the previous 4 months working an travelling the USA id stayed in places like the MGM Grand in Vegas, Hilton hotel in Hawaii an a couple of the Disney resorts in Florida an Los Angeles which blew me away but Impiana was in a league of its own everyone who works there are so friendly an its genuine not just because they are getting payed for it like a few of the American places i stayed at. At Impiana even the security guards were always asking us how our day was an had a smile on their face. The only problem we had was the air conditioner was leaking one night which left water all over the bathroom floor but after a call to the front desk not even 2 minutes later someone was in the room fixing it. My mum an my sister are now looking into a week in Thailand an will be staying at Impiana

Location was amazing - stone's throw from Bangla Street, and hotel is directly connected to the beach, from pool area. Public beach area - the local guys who work the area (loan chairs) are very nice and respectful. Room was beautiful and comfy though couldn't take a bath as the water was completely yellow (not sure why). Receptionists' attitude not as friendly as desired...hardly smiled. Travel desk was very helpful with onward recommendations.

Bath room is good size then the rest of the whole room too small and all old and tried. we got the room near staffs area, so bad noisy all time even more when they changing the shift. too pricey compare with the rest of Patong. nothing special interm the price, may be it good 10-15 years ago.

We will definitely stay again in this nice hotel. Excellent room and excellent location. You are right in front of the sea and next to the busiest area of Patong, Bangla road where all excitements take place.
The staff are very friendly and courteaous. Recommend it to everyone.

Hotel was well located for the Patong...
Hotel was well located for the Patong nightlife and minutes walk from the Bangla Rd - which may not be to everyone's taste. Right on the beach which is a rarity in Patong so you can lie at the pool and look onto the beach.
Room bit musty on first arrival but the air conditioning soon got rid of that.
Lighting in room was varied in that you could decide which of the many lighting variations that you would like.
Great spa. Very attentive staff.
Breakfast had a good selection of items.
When we were there it was very quiet for high season so it was easy to get sunbeds. This may not be the case if it were busier.

Had a great time - even with...
Had a great time - even with rain nearly every day. The location on Impiana Cabana could not be better - easy walk to anywhere in Patong. But like a 'sanctuary' from the hustle and bustle once u step inside the hotel. Just great. Little beachside restaurants either side of hotel are great value and particularly Loma (next door) really friendly and great food and drinks.
Staff are just great at Impiana - very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is wonderful each morning and tried the candlelit seafood dinner (complimentary for us) and is was just wonderful. Food excellent and ambience perfect right beside the beach. (albeit much more than u need to pay for a good dinner in Patong but still a great experience).
We had a Sup. Beachfront room (123) and loved it - right away from main part of resort and lovely view - it suited us. Our daughter had a Sup. Pool view room and loved that also - a fraction bigger than ours and different layout. Still with a slight view but a little boxed in by other rooms and the pool for my liking.
Free internet was a real bonus and - it worked!. Beach sellers while hiring a chair/umbrella for the day in front of hotel are lots of fun and good value -makes for a good day - and saves the legs with the shopping!.
A great stay all round - would go back any time.

After many stays at this property we still love the place. We have stayed here starting in 1996 and are familiar with the staff, who are very good/excellent.
The food is very good (Hi Chef Ronnie) and the location is excellent.
The option of hanging at the beach and chilling at the rear of the hotel or at the front of the hotel and you are in the heart of Patong's action with clubs, shops and multiple choices for dining is unsurpassed.

This was our second stay at this hotel and once again we were very very happy with the service and the facilities. It is in an excellent location, with just a short stroll to shops and bars. This is our favorite place to stay in phuket tho it is not cheap. Would recommend to anyone.

Rooms is very nice, thanks to the recent renovation. Hotel location is perfect: right on the beach, and 5 minutes walking distance from Patong's central area. Service is great, all stuff is very smiley and ready to help.
Only problem was the staff starting to work outside the rooms (gardening, cleaning some rooms, ...) quiet early in the morning (8 am) making it a bit noisy to enjoy a late morning in bed !
