The stay at royal paradise was pretty good.They had most facilities.Their breakfast buffet was not bad.But most of all,the location of the hotel is very good indeed!The only disappointment was that we could not find a 3-pin socket at the room to charge our phone.But it was soon brought up to our room after a phone call.So the service at this hotel is pretty much good.Even their poolside with a small bar at the corner was a good concept.We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Your switch is under the dressing table. It's not practical as I have to bent alot to boil water and it's very inconvenient to blow dry our hair. The cable is very short too.
I have travelled to Japan, Paris, Taiwan and many other hotels and I have not come across any hotel with the swith hidden so low away.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome. The staffs did all they can to ensure that our check-in are done promptly. Rooms are nice but bathrooms look a bit old. My room had some smelly problem caused by some water retention under the fridge. After I told the receptionist, they quickly sent someone over and did some prompt cleaning. The smell was there for awhile more but luckily it was gone after I came back from dinner. The location of the hotel is great. It is basically in the heart of Patong. Very convenient and very near to everything you will need, ie. food, drinks, pubs, shopping centre (Jungceylon), etc. All of us were particularly happy with the location of the hotel. But we think the breakfast need some improvement in term of choices. Great stay!

Perfect for those who do not like to stay in crowded or noisy area, and yet it is very accessible.
High floors with balcony offers a fantastic view especially sunset.(rooms from 21st floor and above will not have access to balcony)
The bathtub is not so clean though. not a lot of variety in terms of buffet breakfast and dinner.
The hotel service is excellent!! they accomodated our request to change our room 3 times and the staff were still very friendly and helpful.
Very good value for money.

I have stayed at this hotel on...
I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and have quite enjoyed it - one main reason I stayed was, up until now, there had been inexpensive wireless broadband Internet access available - no longer. This now costs around 480 Baht per day (payable daily). If one needed to access the Internet all day this may be reasonable but I need it only for about 1 - 2 hours per day for business. (Internet cafe cost 60 Baht per hour.) Previously I could purchase 24 hours of access for 600 Baht which easily lasted me 10 days. I'll look elsewhere before I come back but I still may return as other than this the hotel is fine. Rooms are a little dark however - not enough lighting. Pool is great. Staff are friendly, smiling, and helpful.
