Great Location, Noisy
Best location in Patong Beach, spoilt by noisy Bacardi Disco promotion. This is one of the best located hotels in Patong Beach, have stayed several times before, however, this time we had to leave the hotel around 5.00pm when the disco started and it was supposed to finish at 10 pm but on occasions did not finish until after midnight. We actually love music and do not dislike loud music, however, this disco music did not even allow you to talk on your verandah after 5pm. Many guests left the hotel because of the music, booking out and will probably not return, which is a shame as all staff were upset with the complaints of customers and themselves were not happy with the disco music.

Good location
Pool Too small. Air-conditioning in the room is noisy. Otherwise everything is good, near to the beach and the shopping area.

nice room but ......
The room was nice every facilities were nice but...... We was noisy at night time so a complaint made by other room guests,i accept. And the attitude of the staffs were not friendly,even its a complaint case, they shout at us! Especially the security guard who come along with the receptionist....with ni smile. We got bad feeling caused by the staffs..... Except this,the facilities are good,and near walking street.

Close to Bangla Road. Have stayed here before and will stay again. On beach. Nice pool though the pool closes at 7pm which is a little frustrating if wanting a late dip to cool off.

There were nice rooms but they gave...
There were nice rooms but they gave us a very old one. There was even a hole in the bathtub. If you stay there you may get a bad room which changes everything. They shouldn't book this old rooms ore rehabilitate them. It is well located.

This hotel was not exactly what we...
This hotel was not exactly what we expected! It is definately true to it's 3 star rating. Upon arrival we were taken to our room which smelt very damp, when we asked to change rooms they said they were booked out and we could change the next day, which we did. The rooms are fine, aside from being a little on the dark side, but don't expect too much. The location is excellent, you could not ask for more if you want to be in the heart of Patong. The breakfast is reasonable, but I must say the cost of food and drinks are quite high. The most disappointing part of our 2 week stay was the staff!, poor english and bad attitude. Never helpful and at times quite rude! I think with better management this could be a much more pleasurable place to stay. Warning - when we booked we requested late check out - when we got there we were told it was only a request and if we wanted late check out we needed to pay 1,000 baht!

We arrived earlier so we were told...
We arrived earlier so we were told to wait for 30 mins. Check-in staff wasn't friendly so that was a bad first impression. We stayed in the so-called "suite" but don't expect to be blown away. The room was spacious though but kinda run down and not really clean. If you eat to live, then breakfast should be just fine. A cheap and decent hotel at a convenient location, this is it. If price is no issue, try La Flora. Superb!

The hotel is located right on the...
The hotel is located right on the beach and the restaurant facing the beach has a wonderful view. The hotel is old and is showing its age but it's clean and the staff are nice. We stayed in the most basic room and it was really basic...a 2.5 to 3 star accommodation. There are nicer rooms facing the pool and the beach. Patong itself is kinda gross: smells of sewage, sleazy nightlife and fastfood restaurants. I prefer the quieter Kata beach.
