If you like to find a quiet place and you like to get away from all stress etc , you can stay here but you have to invest extra monies for cab rides to all the good beaches and restaurants on the west coast of Phuket. The breakfast is likely a little bit monotone and really limited to an American breakfast. You can have a good dinner at the hotel restaurant in the evening but moneywise a little bit on the high side. This applies also for drinks at the hotel bar. The hotel staff is friendly, well motivated and cooperative but limited with their conversation in English. I recommend to the management to decide, how to go in future with these hotel. They have to decide to train their staff and to invest monies for maintenance of the hotel otherwise customers will stay away from hotel - same as we, we definitely not come back. It is a great pity, hotel located on beautiful ambience, great view from the hotel lobby but obviously the management forget to invest monies for the future.

Yes, i will stay here again when i got another holiday.
First, need to improve the food quality. Just pass not good.
The hotel is far from Town but they arrange the free shuttle bus is more convienence to the traveller. (This is very very good need to honour)

Very Satisfied
Other than the Sports channels and Internet was out off order for our 4days stay, the views from the room and free services were fantastic (canoe, & boat ride to island). A bit remote place but they have free shuttles to town

No employee of a professional service. Cleaning...
No employee of a professional service. Cleaning staff care less attention to detail. Inside hotel room and considered good Hotel does not lift. Use the up and down the stairs, not suitable for the elderly to stay.

This hotel is very nice with a...
This hotel is very nice with a steening view from the lobby....but it is like a golden jale. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel and no one in the neighbourhood. More over, the quality of the food was low. The management is just at the limit like the service. And finally, you need taxi or own transport to come to some town (min 20 min). So, I will not recommend this hotel, sorry

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The facilities...
This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are great as well as the views overlooking the Andaman sea. The staff are so polite and the service and food is excellent. Can not fault the hotel. The hotel is set on a hill overlooking the bay. Its too steep to walk down to the beach so the hotel ferried us down and collected us when we wanted to come back. There is a free hotel shuttle service to Phuket Town which saves on taxis. The taxi drivers were great that picked us up and dropped us off at the airport which is about 20 mins away. Overall can not fault it. This was our first time to Phuket and can highly recommend this hotel. Just like to say thanks to the staff for making it such a pleasureable time. ขอบคุณ
