I liked stay at this hotel! The...
I liked stay at this hotel! The staffs were nice and polite. The room was big and clean,also the bathroom. Not too crowded. It's near to the beach,but a bit far from Bangla Road & Jungceylon Mall. Will come to this hotel again :D

This hotel is a short walk from...
This hotel is a short walk from the beach and is surrounded by all that Patong Beach has to offer, including shopping, eating, drinking, massage, laundry. It doesn't have a pool or a flash restaurant, but that is reflected in the price. My brothers and wives stayed at a 5-star nearby, and paid heaps for a lot of stuff that they didn't use. The rooms fronting the street have a balcony, but then are subject to a lot of noise from traffic and nearby bars (like lots of other places that close to the centre of town). I chose to move to a room further from the street which was great, with a bed wider than it was long. The room was kept very clean. The only issue was the way the bath had been installed - the tiles were sloped away from the bath, which meant that some water drained onto the floor. Overall I give it a 3.5 out of 5, but this is based on my quite moderate demands and expectations - anyone expecting 5-star quality at 2-star price will be disappointed (as they deserve to be).

The hotel is actually a hostel, the rooms are nothing like the pictures on the web site. Close to subway and shopping within walking distance. I would not stay here again unless I was 18 to 25 and back packing around Asia on a budget.

Staff in general were very friendly and...
Staff in general were very friendly and helpful.Very noisy with bar next door..noise until approx 4am every day.Breakfast adequate.Ideal for young backpackers who just want to party. Not suitable for older persons wanting early starts to do tours etc.

i've recently stayed at Silver Resortel from...
i've recently stayed at Silver Resortel from 10 - 13 Dec 2008. although its a small hotel but the staff is very very friendly and the gm mr payap is very attentive and helpful. even the tour desk in the hotel is of very good service and kind. we will for sure recommend to our friends. the big shopping centre is nearby ( think its jacelylon ) but things are of higher end. whereas those sold along the road side are more of the same kind.
