The hotel staff showed great hospitality during...
The hotel staff showed great hospitality during our stay. Even though we booked standard rooms, they kindly upgreaded our rooms. Their service was not as professional as in Bangkok, but their smiles help us not to feel upset about it. This hotel is isolated from the convenience of the city. But it was not actually a problem because the city of Sukhothai itself is lack of worth-seeing sites anyway. For the sightseeing, they have contacts with drivers to take us around Sukhothai & Srisatchanalai (Srisatchanalai is strongly recommended!) historical parks and Phisanulok area. The size of bathroom is big, but it's a pity that they don't have a bathtub. Toothbrush also should be prepared because the hotel is far from 7-11 where we can get it.

we stayed 2 nights in this hotel...
we stayed 2 nights in this hotel for visiting beautiful sukhothai sites. Our comments 1. rooms : ok nice 2. food : nice food and service in a charming outside restaurant 3. massages and spa : excellent! 4. location : in any case, you need a tuk tuk to move to sukhothai and historical parks, so location is not the key factor.

It's a quiet, clearn, good decorated hotel....
It's a quiet, clearn, good decorated hotel. But the big drawback is the traffic problem. It is not located in the new city hot area, so it becomes a problem to get everything you need by walking. You should take a TuTu taxi. And it's also far away to the old city(more than 10KM). In Sukhothai, it's not easy to rent a motercycle in new city. Please try to survey traffic solution first before your arrival. The hotel facilities is OK for us, but we didn't spend much time to stay inside. The most important destination is the old city history park. I may choose smaller guest house in downtown or near old city for better transportation issue. The attendants are friendly and could be communicated by Engilish.

This is an amazing find. I have...
This is an amazing find. I have stayed in Sukhothai several times, in different hotels, but his was my first time in this one. Although the hotel is not near the historic sites, if you have transportation it is great. The rooms are big and clean, with a really nice traditional/modern blend of decor. The design of the place is superb. There is no swimming pool or garden, so it has less of a resort feel than some other hotels. But it is very affordable, and great value for money. It is also close to Sukhothai town for restaurants etc. Breakfast was good -- choose from a couple of menu options (Continental or American style). I will definitely choose this hotel next time instead of the others I have stayed at.

What a gem! A delightful hotel with...
What a gem! A delightful hotel with real character. The rooms were a real feature (very distinctive) and the restaurant very pleasant. It may be on the outskirts of town but there were frequent tuk-tuks in the daytime and I was so pleased to have stayed there.

There are better options to visit Sukhothai...
There are better options to visit Sukhothai ruins. Confortable option but not in the best location: it is not in the new Sukhothai town but in a near road, so you have to use shuttle service or tuk-tuk for accessing wherever. If I will return Sukhothai I will opt for some hotel/resort in the old Sukhothai. David

Staff were friendly and helpful.Good English on reception.Food in restuarant reasonable in both quality and value. However the hotel is a bit out of the way with no alternative eating possiblities. It is a concrete box with little greenery. Felt like a basic business hotel rather than having a a warm atmosphere. Would also prefer to stay closer to the Historical Park.
