value for money

lovely clean hotel, the breakfast wasn't that good,took a long time to replace items that had run out ,like bread and bacon. Had a good reasonably priced massage at spa,the spa area was very run down

After two weeks of travelling non-stop, this...

After two weeks of travelling non-stop, this hotel was a God-send. All the staff provide perfect customer service. I extended my stay because I enjoyed this space so much. The breakfast buffet is enormous and the choices for dining and room-service are more than adequate. I found this hotel to be of incredibly good value, costing the same as a bed and breakfast in the UK.

Totally adequate hotel for what you pay....

Totally adequate hotel for what you pay. The pool area is nice and much needed in the heat. Service is a little disorganised for a 4 star hotel but it's not a big deal. Walking distance to the citadel and main eating streets.

The hotel and staff were just...

The hotel and staff were just perfect. The only thing is that the tours they offer is only a taxi to take you to some places (it is not treally a tour) and this is very expensive. The other thing is that while hotel prices per room are very reasonable they are not for the restaurant if you want to have dinner or lunch. It is true that they have a set menu that is OK in prices but other than that it is extremely expensive.

Excellent buffet breakfast with both European and...

Excellent buffet breakfast with both European and Vietnamese dishes. Friendly and helpful staff throughout. Reliable (free) WiFi in the bedrooms. Public areas were all clean and comfortable. Standard room was excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

I was guest in this hotel early...

I was guest in this hotel early July, I must say that it is indeed a very value for money hotel. The rooms are perfect in size with excellent temperature and water pressure was so good even on the 8th floor. The service was excellent, very good and well trained staff. We only had breakfast, although it does not look full but all varites of items for breakfast are theere inlcuding brown bread which I did not find other hotels in Vietnam. The spa staff was good and well expereinced and prety reasonlbly price as opposed other hotels I stayed in Vietnam. Very modern hotel and I went to some other hotels in the city, certainly I liked this hotel becasue it is very modern and looks so clean and new, we had a wonderful evneing on the 9th floor with Filippino band.
