urgent
the hotel was very good, unlike the service we have received from asia rooms. we still have had no reply about our complaint and have been charged for a night we weren't here, due to your slackness.We travel a lot in asia and use agoda normally but we thought we'd give you a try, but you haven't done well.You might redeem yourself by crediting back the night we shouldn't have been charged to my credit card

Un bon hotel bien situé dans la ville, les chambres sont de bonne taille, propre et bien equipées. Le petit déjeuner est satisfaisant. L'accueil du personnel et les parties communes necessitent quelques ameliorations.

We were very pleased with our selection...
We were very pleased with our selection of this hotel through asia rooms. We had read some adverse comments but found everything, rooms, cleanliness, breakfast and reception absolutely excellent. We cannot speak highly enough about the friendly, helpful and efficient staff. We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends and will stay again on our next visit. The hotel is perfectly located for either the casual tourist of someone wanting a longer stay.

Prior to our departure from New Zealand,...
Prior to our departure from New Zealand, the hotel ignored our email enquiries (two)about transport from the airport to the hotel. We thought this was very poor and the complete reverse of what we experienced with other hotels throughout Vietnam. We had to wait 2 hours to get into our room which was very frustrating, but we have to accept that the official check in time was 2pm and we arrived at the hotel just before 12 noon and the hotel did appear to be very busy. The female check in clerk was not particularly welcoming, but generally we found other front of the house staff very friendly and helpful. We had an expansive view of the ocean from our room which was very good. The room itself was good to very good in all respects. The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent - very short walking distance to restaurants and the ocean. All in all we thought it was good value for money.

An excellent hotel - two minutes from...
An excellent hotel - two minutes from the beach , and right next to shops , restaurants. We would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.
